At Crimson Lights:
Nate and Amy meet with their PI, Denise, who has found a current address for Damian. Amy is overwhelmed at the thought that they might have located her son and Nate’s brother. Denise reveals she observed Damian but kept her distance to avoid tipping him off. She warns them not to delay because Damian tends to move frequently.
Amy asks Nate to go after him, and he agrees, promising to bring Damian back. However, Amy worries that if she goes, Damian might react angrily. Nate disagrees, noting that Damian doesn’t know him, which might make the situation easier. Sensing Amy’s hesitation, Nate presses her for the truth. Denise excuses herself, leaving them to talk.
Amy admits she’s terrified of telling Damian the truth, fearing he’ll hate her. Nate reassures her, acknowledging how difficult it must be to face her past. He reminds her that Jackson will always be Damian’s father in every way that matters, but also encourages her to focus on why she’s doing this. Eventually, Amy agrees to go but insists Nate make contact first and let her know if Damian wants to see her.
Though uncertain of what he’ll say when he meets Damian, Nate assures Amy he’ll do his best to prevent him from running. He urges her to pack her bags. Amy leaves, and Nate texts Audra about the trip.
At Daniel’s Home:
Daniel and Lucy are packing up Heather’s belongings when Phyllis arrives. They’ve just finished packing the last of her things, and Phyllis offers her support. Lucy struggles with the idea of donating Heather’s possessions, and both Daniel and Phyllis encourage her to take her time processing her grief.
Phyllis, meanwhile at lunch , seeks Daniel’s advice. She mentions Billy has asked her to help him take Chancellor-Winters back from Victor, but she turned him down, prioritizing her relationship with her children. While Daniel appreciates her decision, he presses her about her uncertainty. Phyllis admits she’s having regrets.
She expresses frustration over Victor’s treatment of Daniel, Lily, and Jill. Daniel, however, insists this is Billy’s fight, not hers. Phyllis counters that she needs direction and purpose, prompting Daniel to question whether Billy can handle the job without self-destructing. He advises her to think carefully before getting involved.
After Daniel leaves, Phyllis texts Billy to meet.
At Sharon’s Home:
Nick arrives at Sharon’s request. She tells him she wants another hypnosis session with Alan, who is already on his way.
Though Nick understands her desire for answers, he worries the process will take a toll on her, as it did last time. Sharon insists she’s ready.
When Alan arrives, he asks Sharon if she’s certain. She confirms she needs answers, even if they might be painful. Alan advises caution, while Nick tries once more to dissuade her, but Sharon refuses to back down. Michael arrives to lend support, and they prepare for the session.
Under hypnosis, Sharon recounts the night in question. She remembers feeling overwhelming anger about Cassie’s death and wanting Daniel to pay. She recalls entering his home with poison, intending to spike his whiskey, but ultimately pouring it out.
After breaking a glass, she cleaned up the mess just as Heather entered.
Sharon lied to Heather, but Heather saw through it and kept pressing for the truth. Feeling cornered and desperate, Sharon pushed Heather, causing her to fall. However, Sharon reveals Heather was conscious and accused her of being out of her mind. Sharon’s memory becomes hazy, but she suddenly screams, “I remember!” and begins to panic. Alan calms her, and she continues.
Sharon recalls Heather moving away and then Sharon herself becoming unable to move. Sharon heard her scream, “No!” Alan brings Sharon out of the trance, and Nick assures her she did great. Sharon, overwhelmed with relief, realizes she didn’t kill Heather.
